Ordering Process

A local qualified surveyor will meet you on site to take accurate measurements.

To enable us to take accurate measurements we survey when all fittings and fixtures are in place and fully fitted. This will guarantee that we are able to measure to a tolerance level of 2mm which is the smallest in the industry.

Order Placed

Although we probably have the largest choice of colors in the industry, we can offer a color match service if required. We can send two free samples to help you make your final decision once an order has been placed. We will contact you to book a convenient survey date.

Design and Survey Consultation

One of our experienced surveyors will visit your location to assess and measure accurately.

During the consultation, we will discuss design options, finalize panel sizes and placements. Our surveyor will work closely with you to agree on a design layout and provide cost estimates.

Production

Once survey sign off has been received the glass will put into production and an installation date will be provided.

Using the latest cutting edge machinery, our skilled experts are able to manufacture the best quality glass with the smallest engineering tolerances. Your glass will be manufactured in our state of the art modern factory.

Installation

Once we have fitted the glass a full inspection will take place and you will be provided with a written guarantee and care instructions.
